Media personality Berla Mundi has expressed surprise as to why Ghana’s Most Beautiful, GMB, 2021 winner Sarfoa of Ashanti Region did not shed tears on the stage following the official announcement of her victory.
Sarfoa was crowned the winner of the beauty pageant after an epic performance from her and the other five competitors. The final two was between Sarfoa and Setor of which the former was declared winner.
The usual scene of tears of joy from a winner of such a competitive contest was missing which caught the attention of Berla Mundi.
“I was surprised at Sarfoa. I thought she was going to pretend like crying or something but I didn’t see that.” She stated on Newday on TV3.
She went further to encourage all contestants for Ghana’s Most Beautiful indicating that all is not lost. They should take advantage of the platform to impact lives.
“If you couldn’t win the crown it does not mean all is lost or over. You all did well and have to take advantage of the platform and exposure you had from this and impact live. There may be other opportunities for you.”
The winner is tipped to go according to her project and touch lives in and beyond her area.
