Ways You Can Clear Black Spots, Sunspots And Acne Scars With Rice Water.
We all know that Asians have perfect skin tones. Amongst their natural beauty secrets is rice water. Which kind of rice water are we talking about? You may be thinking about the water we use to wash your rice before you cook it but it is not. The one we are taking about is more than that.
You have to get uncooked rice and soak it in cold water for at least 1 hour. Then you drain the rice and save its water in a separate container and let it reach room temperature.
After that you will have to store it in the fridge. How long do you keep the stored rice water for use? You should store it in the fridge for 5 days. (After 5 days discard any unused rice water)
Remember to place it in a sealed bottle and only take out the amount you require for each use. If you leave it outside in the warm it will easily go off within a few days.
How do you apply this? You will apply the rice water on your skin with a cotton swab. You can also dip your hand in it and apply. (I prefer you use the cotton swab) Remember to always apply it on a thoroughly cleansed skin in the morning and in the evening. This is to make sure the rice water gets into your skin. After that you let it dry naturally. This will take you no more than 5 minutes. If you are in a hurry, you can dry your self under a fan.
You will begin to see results within a few weeks and you will notice how your skin gets fairer gradually, while the imperfections disappear.
Do not worry about peeling. It does not peel and it is very smooth and works well especially on sensitive skin.
Your sunspots, acne scars and uneven skin tone problems will be completely forgotten when you make sure you apply the rice water to the skin regularly.
Do you have skin irritations? Rice water can also help reduce skin irritation. Just apply the rice water with a cotton swab on the affected area and let it dry.
Extra: It is also believed that rice water helps to tighten the pores and it is very essential for eczema prone skin.
