Nike and LVMH reacts to the death of Virgil Abloh

The terrible news announced later in the evening on 28th November 2021 by the LVMH, Louis Vuitton" and Off White confirming the death of one their finest and intelligent designer, Virgil Abloh.

The news broke the internet as soon these statement by Louis Vuitton and Off White were released. This statement not only talks about the death of the Ghanaian - American descendant, Virgil Abloh but also the root cause of his death.

This is the statement released by the LVMH "LVMH, Louis Vuitton and Off White are devastated to announce the passing of Virgil Abloh,on Sunday, November 28th, of cancer, which he had been battling for many years.

Bernard Arnault, CEO of LVMH said" we are all shocked about this terrible news.Virgil was not only a genius designer and a visionary,he was also a man with a beautiful soul and great wisdom. The LVMH family joins me in this moment of great sorrow and we are all thinking of his loved ones on the passing of their husband, father, brother,son and friend". The LVMH family shared this.

Nike, a popular brand that sells a lot across the world also sent a heart broken message about the death of their Nike member, Virgil Abloh and this is what Nike posted, "we are heartbroken by the news of Virgil Abloh's passing. Since 2016, Virgil has been a beloved member of the Nike, Jordan and Converse family. He was a creative force who shared the passion of challenging the status quo, pushing forward a new vision while inspiring multiple generations along the way. But more than collaborator, colleague and prolific creative, Virgil was a husband, father, son, brother and friend. We are proud to call him family. We offer our condolences to the many who shared a connection. He will be greatly missed".
