So, on today's article, I'm going to be talking about a very beautiful country called south Korea whose citizens are known to have very beautiful and smooth skin conditions. It is no secret that South Korean citizens are admired all over the entire globe for their beautiful and well nourished skin.

In South Korea, healthy skin means the whole world to them. For them skin health management isn't only a duty however its actually a custom. They contribute loads of time and cash for their skin. They don't involve in plastic surgery or any other beauty enhancement procedure, they prefer to stay natural.

South Koreans also hardly age because of the type of food they are fond of eating in their country. They do not eat oily foods and they mostly eat fruits and vegetables like berries and lettuce.
