This biscuit is crispy and amazing.
Cassava Coconut biscuits (Cookies)
It is basically gari, fresh coconut, baking powder and flour mixed with margarine or butter, sugar and egg this is used in making this snack.
2 tablespoon/ 28g butter or margarine
1/4 cup/50g sugar
1/2 cup/60g pastry flour
1/2 cup gari
3/4 cup grated fresh coconut about 55g-60g
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat a stove to 180°C or 350°F. Put gari into a food processor or blender and mix till smooth. Whisk the gari, preparing powder and flour together.
In a blending bowl, beat sugar, margarine or spread together. Include egg, vanilla and new coconut. Blend in the dry fixings.
Scoop a tablespoon loaded with batter onto a heating stray. Press immovably with the rear of a spoon. Prepare in the preheated stove for 12-15 minutes till the edges are brilliant. S
tore rolls in a sealed shut holder for 7 days.
Unbaked rolls batter can be put away in the cooler for a considerable length of time.
