A very popular Ghanaian food that is mostly loved and enjoyed by students and workers in both rural and urban centres. It is and can be consumed at any time during the day based on the persons discretion. I simply love to eat Gob3 as my breakfast for the day and most people love to take it in the evening.

Thus, it is advisable to consumed Gob3 with banana's when plantain isn't available.
When consumed at least 3 times a week, these vitamins acts as an antioxidant which may help boost your immune system. As an antioxidant, it may protect your body against free radical damage that's associated with aging, heart disease, and even some types of cancer.
And finally considering the palm oil, its benefits when consumed includes decreasing cholesterol levels, reducing oxidative stress, boosting brain health, slowing the progression of heart disease, increasing vitamin A status, and improving skin and hair health.
