This is one of my personal favorites, this I think is one of the best weight loss food out there.

Let’s talk about calories, blueberries are low in calories, and it’s rich in vitamins and phytonutrients.

Blueberries go well with your yogurt, oatmeal, and smoothie too.

#2 - Almond

This is the second one which is almond, almond is high in protein, healthy fat, fiber & phytonutrients, which is good for your weight loss.

Choose the plain almond and not the ones that are smoked or heavily salted, for those will make you fat. The plain one is good for your health and your weight loss.

Take note, don’t overeat it, almond is a calorie-dense food, watch out.

#3 - Pineapple

Usually, people avoid sweet stuff, because it makes fat and might have diabetic issues too. But for pineapple, it’s sweet, but it also low in calories.

Great food for everyone since pineapple is filled with water, which makes you filled once you eat it.

One of the great benefits is that it prevents you from eating something else, like those that are sugary and high-calorie snacks.

Not to mention, pineapple is actually rich in a digestive enzyme that helps break food down in your intestinal tract.
