Smoothies are classified as one of the most nutritious and refreshing drink to quench your taste and serve you with healthful benefits. Today, I will like to share with you one of my favourite smoothies which does not only taste great but also easy to make (within a few minutes).

The particular smoothie that I will be sharing with you today is made of a combination of Pineapple, Banana and mango. We will puree it yoghurt however, you can choose milk or ice cream as stated above.

Well, I’m not showing you this particular smoothie because of its great taste rather the healthful benefits that the individual ingredients offer to our body. But before we talk of the benefits, let us first have a look at how to prepare Our tasty-nutritious Banana-Mango-Pineapple smoothie.

How to Make the Smoothie


One small banana

One medium ripe mango

1 1/4 cups frozen pineapple chunks

One cup almond milk


Having gotten all your ingredients, you may want to put all the ingredients into a washed and clean blender and blend till smooth. Yay! Smoothie is ready. You can store it in the fridge for some time or add a few ice cubes during the blending process.
