Onions has alot of supplements, vitamins, minerals and fiber. These lifts health and fends off Infections and inflammations as it also contains antioxidants. The antioxidants present in the onions is great for your heart healthy as it decreases the cholesterol level.
The antioxidants is good for preventing cancer and diabetes. Utilization of onions also may assist with lowering your glucose levels. It will also assist with improving bone healthy and mineral density.
The antibacterial properties in the onions helps to battle bacteria in the body. Drinking onion water it can assist with evening support your assimilation cycle.
Slicing onions soaking them in water over night. This is the way I do it to get all the benefits of onions.
I cut my onions into small cuts, that is after peeling it. I put the cuts into a cup brimming with water and leave it to soak for the time being to absorb all the nutrients from the onions to the water. In the morning I remove the onions cuts and drink the plain onion water in an empty stomach.
After taking these onion water for 3 days, this is what happened to me:
