How to fry the perfect coconut shrimp

Coconut shrimp 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of vegetable oil

1 cup Panko bread crumbs

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

Sweet chilli sauce, for serving

Methods

Hotness vegetable oil in an enormous skillet or Dutch broiler over medium-high hotness. 

Join Panko bread morsels and destroyed coconut in a bowl and put away. 

Season shrimp with salt and pepper, to taste. 

Dig shrimp in the flour, plunge into the eggs, then, at that point, dig in the coconut combination, squeezing to cover. 

Working in clusters, add shrimp to the Dutch broiler and fry until equally brilliant brown and firm, around 2-3 minutes. 

Move to a paper towel-lined plate. 

Serve quickly with sweet bean stew sauce, whenever wanted.
