How to make simple Walnut muffins

It is packed with great flavour and can be slightly altered to offer a completely different taste

Ingredients

2 Cups self-rising flour

1 Tsp baking powder

1 ½ Cup sugar

1 Tsp cinnamo

3 Eggs

1 Butter stick

½ Cup chopped walnuts

¾ Cup water

2 Tsp vanilla extra

Methods

Preheat broiler to 350F. 

In a bowl cream the margarine and sugar. Gradually and keeping in mind that blending add the flour. 

Add the cinnamon and heating powder, then, at that point, consolidate the eggs each in turn. 

Add the water and vanilla concentrate and overlap in a large portion of the pecans. 

Line a biscuit skillet and scoop the hitter into it. Top with the excess pecans. 

Take to the broiler for 20 minutes or until done. 

Serve warm or at room temperature.
