This method works so well and the best part is the results come FAST! Apple cider vinegar is so common, you can find some in any supermarket or pharmacy shop near you and it's very affordable too.


1. Add a tablespoon of the Apple Cider vinegar to a full glass of warm water.

2. Add a tablespoon of honey(optional. This helps it taste a little better and also gives it some added benefits)

3. Mix well and drink.

Why it works.

This method works because Apple Cider vinegar contains something called acetic acid which exhibits anti-obesity and anti-inflammatory properties, hence, promoting weight loss. You can drink this twice a day.

•The second item is LEMON. Yes, the lemon that is in your kitchen right now! This is also another favorite when it comes to weight loss. The good thing about lemon is that it takes the weight out of the right places, you know, the tummy and arms.
