There are many different kinds of mango. They vary in color, shape, flavor, and seed size. Although mango skin can be green, red, yellow, or orange, its inner flesh is mostly golden yellow.
POTENTIAL GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT SHOULD AVOID EATING MANGOES ARE:
Diabetes are group of people that have too much sugar in their blood. Mangoes are fruits that are very high in sugar and calories, so eating too much mangoes as a diabetes may not be safe.
Advise : Mangoes must be eating in moderation 2 mangoes a day for diabetic patient may not be bad.
PEOPLE WITH DIAHORREA.
Diahorrea is a stomach or digestion disorder which results in continuous defecation.
Overeating mangoes can cause diarrhoea. It's always better not to eat more than 2 mangoes a day. Mango is very rich in firbe and high consumption of fibrous fruits can cause diarrhoea issues.
Advise : avoid eating mangoes if you are having diahorrea or better still consult your doctors advise before eating mangoes.
DERMATITIS is simply a term used to describe itching skin.It usually involves itchy, dry skin or a rash on swollen, reddened skin. Or it may cause the skin to blister, ooze, crust or flake off. This disorder have many Cause but if you are experiencing symptoms of these disorder do well to abstain from mangoes.
Mango contains a chemical called urushiol. People who are sensitive to this chemical can start experiencing dermatitis too. It's a skin issue where people get inflamed skin that can become flaky, blistery and itchy.
Allergies are group of people that have weak immune response to certain kind of foods. Mangoes allergies may experience watery eyes, itching skin, reddening of skin , rashes etc.
Advise: These group of people should stop eating mangoes or should avoid coming into contact with mangoes.
Eating too much mangoes can also cause digestion related problems like indigestion.
Indigestion are pains or discomfort in the stomach associated with difficulty in digesting food.
Advise : These group of people are to avoid eating too much mangoes or should contact their doctors before taking them.
