Bananas are elongated fruits that are mostly eaten by Ghanaians, due to it sweetness and it ability to make you full when you take about two of them. They are very beneficial to the body and may help improve digestive health, regulate heart health and may control sugar level in the body. Many people abuse this fruit by taking it anything which may be very wrong. Eating bananas early in the morning may have a negative impact on your health if much care is not taking.

1. Bananas are high in acids, so taken them on an empty stomach may not be safe. Acidic foods are generally not to be eaten on an empty stomach.
