Popular Ghanaian female celebrity Efia Odo, who is tagged as one of the most beautiful and hottest female celebrities in Ghana, has sadly revealed clearly her biggest excuse for not being able to enjoy one of the most popular and delicious local dishes everyday.
Fufu is a local dish mostly eaten by the Akans in Ghana. Usually prepared with cassava and eaten with soup. It could be light soup or pepper soup, palm nut soup, or ground nut soup. It is very delicious if well prepared, and very hygienic to eat. Because it is prepared with tubers, starch is guaranteed and when taken in excess, the starch will be stored in the body. Which Efia Odo thinks will make her belly fat.
Efia Odo took to her Twitter page to sadly write this, "I would love to eat fufu everyday but flat Tummy nti I can't 😞". According to Efia Odo, she would love to eat fufu as her everyday dish, but she is afraid of getting flat tummy as a result of this. She thinks eating fufu on daily will make one's tummy fat.
What do you think about what Efia Odo said. Will eating fufu everyday make your tummy fat?
