How to make the perfect Vegetable stew

Vegetable stew is wealthy in supplements and solid for everyone. 

Vegetable stew is a scrumptious and solid stew that can be presented with pretty much every carbohydrate


1/4 cup vegetable oil 

2 onions 

2 huge new tomatoes 

2 tbsp tomato glue 

2 carrots 

2 garlic cloves and ginger 

1 Maggi Shrimp 

2 green pepper chime 

1 red pepper chime 

5 green beans 

1 smoked salmon 

4 kakpo shito 


Inlet leaves 


Wash and mix ginger, garlic, Kpakpo shito and tomatoes together in a blender 

Wash and eliminate seeds at that point cut green and red ringer pepper, onion and carrots into pieces or medium sizes. 

Under medium warmth, pour oil in a pot and add onion cuts 

Mix for 3 minutes. Add tomato glue and inlet leaves and mix 

Pour in mixed fixings and cook for 5 minutes or until stew thickens. 

Mix in hacked vegetables and permit the stew to stew for 4 minutes. 

Break salmon into piece sizes and put them in the stew. Add Maggi and salt to taste. 

Permit the stew to stew under low warmth for 5 minutes. 

Present with rice or sweet potato or any starch.
