How to make tasty garden egg stew with Koobi

Garden egg stew is not complete without all the goodness of koobi, trust me!


15 -18 plum garden eggs

6 tomatoes

2 large onions

2 tablespoons turkey berries

1/2 cup palm oil

1 medium smoked salmon

6 large smoked herrings

1-2 koobi

1 teaspoon grounded shrimp

Salt and pepper as required

Momoni as required


Remove the tail of nursery eggs, put in a pot, add water and bring to bubble on high warmth to cook till delicate. 

Mix one onion, tomatoes, pepper and turkey berries together, put away. Cut the other onion. Eliminate the skin of salmon and herrings, break into wanted sizes. 

Eliminate the slender skin of the nursery eggs, break into two and eliminate the seeds, put away. Cut koobi into two, eliminate the guts and scales, put in a pot with a little water to steam for around seven minutes. 

Making the stew
