The most interesting thing about the Ghana's Most Beautiful pageant is that it raises queens who are committed to making their regions a better one.
This year, the United Queens of GMB decided to Unite for a singular course of raising funds for 50 mental health patients and to provide support for them and again raise awareness about the need to pay attention to ones mental health and wellbeing.
The United Queens of GMB is an offshoot of the Ghana's Most Beautiful Pageant and it is made up of all the past and current queens of the Ghana's Most Beautiful Fraternity.
The two-day Programme started with the launch of the GMB United Queedom at the Fiesta Royal Hotel on the 7th and the Regional Cooking Contest also took place at the Junction Mall on the 9th of October 2021.
The Cook-out was organized by the Executives of the United Queens of GMB with ten regions participating. At the end of the cooking contest, Eastern Region came out tops with their sumptuous Ampesi with Palava sauce and Emotuo with Abenkwan.
At the end of the contest three independent judges and one judge from the sponsors camp commented that the girls have proven to be well domesticated. She also stated that any man looking for a good wife with good culinary skills must consider a Ghana's Most Beautiful Queen since they are well suited to be wife material.
The contest was well organized and it saw the likes of Wilmar Africa, producers of Fritol and Fortune Rice coming on board to sponsor the cook-out. The show was also heavily dupported by Blue Skies and Bel Aqua mineral water among others.
