How to prepare Garden Eggs Stew

Garden Eggs Stew is a nutritious stew that is enjoyed by many people across Ghana. Garden Egg stew can be eaten with rice, boiled yam, boiled plantain and many others.


It is known to be rich in vitamins. People who enjoy the delicacy believe it good for the formation of blood cells and improve vision.

INGREDIENTS

Onion

Pepper

Palm oil

Ginger

Garlic

Tomato

Seasoning

Water

Garden Eggs

Salmon

Salt

Momone (Fermented fish)

Directions

Wash Garden Eggs and bubble them

Mix onion, pepper, ginger, garlic

Granulate the Boiled Garden Eggs

Cleave a few onions and fry it in the palm oil with the momone till it becomes brown

Add the mixed blend into the pot with the singed onion

Mix for some time then, at that point, add the cleaved tomatoes

Mix for somewhere in the range of few moments then, at that point, add the ground garden egg

Mix for certain minutes then, at that point, add some water and preparing

Mix for certain minutes and add salt

Add fish or salmon to the stew when it's nearly done cooking and mix for extra 10 to 15 minutes
