How to make the perfect Akple

1/2 cup of cassava dough

1 cup of corn dough


Salt to taste


Combine as one the 2 batters in a pan with a half cup of water to get a smooth rich blend, and add somewhat salt. Get a decent substantial wooden spoon or stick functions admirably.

Put the combination on the oven on medium warmth and mix it as it warms, adding one more half cup of water at the same time and keep mixing until it frames a strong mass (around 10-15 minutes). Try not to permit the mixture to become uneven or burn on the base. Turn it as you mix.
