Sleeping Trick: Bedtime Routine

Not getting enough sleep can really harm you and make you not to be ready for the day.

Unfortunately it probably does that's because over 60 million Americans and many many people around the world are having trouble sleeping. And I should know, because I was one of them.

Just imagine this for a moment.

It’s bedtime and you’re looking forward to a restful night's sleep.

You go through your normal bedtime routine which now includes this miracle mineral.

As you turn off the light and close your eyes, you feel a wave of relaxation come over your body.

Next thing you know, you wake up.

It's a beautiful morning, you're refreshed, energized, and ready to own your day.

According to the American Psychological Association, “chronic stress is linked to the six leading causes of death.”

Stress has been implicated in heart issues, inflammation, obesity, mental illness and more.

Most people think of stress as caused by things like work, traffic, tense relationships.
