4. Turmeric: turmeric contain strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds that helps the brains and also ease's depression and it symptoms. Try eating dishes made with turmeric like turmeric tea to help your brain function well.
Broccoli: broccoli contains vitamin k and other antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds that protect the brain from damaging. Few studies proves that daily intake of vitamin k leads to a better memory.
Foods like nuts, berries, coffee and green tea also helps the brain development and functions.
