After warming up and done with your activity you was about to do , you have to warm down or cool down, this is to alert the muscles to go back to it resting place.

If you involve in any injury during the activity, the first thing to do is to have first aid.

First aid; is an immediate treatment given to a sick person or patient before sending the person to a qualified doctor for treatment. The person who administer first aid is called first aider. Remember if a patient is given first aid, the person must still go to a qualified doctor for treatment.
