7 signs you’re drinking too much water

The health benefits of water cannot be overstated, and while water is very good and essential to the body's overall well-being, it is also understandable that not everything is good for everyone.

The majority of us could stand to drink more water—but there is already too much of a good thing.

Many of us look for indicators of dehydration, but overhydration can be just as dangerous to the body.

1. You have a headache throughout the day.
