Drink “SOBOLO” To Treat These 4 Conditions.

Many people are familiar with the famous beverage called Hibiscus tea. In Africa, Nigerians call it Zobo, Senegalese, Congolese, Malians and Burkinabes call it Bissap, while Ghanaians call it locally known as Sobolo. A lot of Ghanaians consume this beverage without knowing the health benefits it holds.

In this article article, I bring good news to people who face these four conditions below. If you have any of these 4 conditions, research shows that drinking hibiscus tea (sobolo) can help you overcome these conditions.

1. High Blood Pressure / Hypertension.

One of the most impressive and well-known benefits of hibiscus tea is that it lowers blood pressure. Over time, high blood pressure can place extra strain on the heart and cause it to weaken. High blood pressure is also associated with an increased risk of heart disease. Several studies have found that hibiscus tea may lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Studies done by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute showed that people who drink at least 14 cups or more every week of tea have the lowest mortality rates in the first few years after a heart attack.

2. Cancer.

Recent studies have shown that hibiscus tea can prevent pre-cancerous cells from growing. This means that it can effectively stop the growth of cells that will eventually cause cancer. Hibiscus tea also contains another antioxidant called polyphenols, which have been shown to have anti-cancer properties. One study showed that hibiscus extract limits cell growth and reduces the invasiveness of mouth cancer.

3. Common Cold.

This tea is literally swimming with lots of Vitamin C which will help you to prevent the common cold, flu and other infectious illnesses. If you drink it when you feel the symptoms of a cold coming on, it will help you to get over your cold much more quickly and it has been shown to be very effective in helping open wounds to heal up to twice as quickly.

4. Liver Problems.

From producing proteins to secreting bile to breaking down fat, your liver is essential to your overall health. Interestingly, studies have shown that hibiscus may promote liver health and help keep it working efficiently.
