Effective Strategies to Study, Expert Advice

Although new discoveries prove that timing may not be everything, it is important if you want to create and perform at your best consistently. That said, science has indicated that learning is most effective between 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm, when the brain is in an acquisition mode.

Sometimes life calls and we don't get enough sleep. But five hours of sleep out of a 24-hour day isn't enough, especially in the long term. According to a 2018 study of more than 10,000 people, the body's ability to function declines if sleep isn't in the seven to eight-hour range.

Simple memory tips and tricks

  1. Try to understand the information first
  2. Information that is organized and makes sense to you is easier to memorize
  3. Link it what you have study to solve sample questions
  4. Sleep on it, try to sleep just after reading and getting understanding
  5. Self-test, when you wake up from your sleep try to recall what you have learned
  6. Use distributive practice.
  7. Write it out, get a paper or form maker to write all what you have read.
  8. When you are in examination room, try to recall where you had your studies, it will help you to recall what you learned
