According to Kabila, we are in a country whereby hardship has befallen each citizen, and therefore everyone is suffering so there was no need to call for a demonstration.
Kabila said the demonstration was supposed to be terminated for the protesters to rely on the 2024 election because whatever they do, the economy will still be in crisis.
After the 2024 election, the votes of the Ghanaians will determine whether hardship will disappear from the country or still be in the country.
When Kabila made the statement "you don't get cured of cancer by going around looking for other cancer patients", he simply meant a victim of hardship does not search for people who are also suffering from hardship to stage a demonstration but rather waits patiently and makes his or her thumb determine the state of the economy as he or she votes for one of the political parties in Ghana.
