The Ghanaian government offered to take care of the all out expense of a medical procedure to isolate three-month-old conjoined twins, the country's administration reported Monday. 


Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, head of-staff of the administration, told authorities at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo had given orders for the installment.
