Ghanaians have died since the first corona virus pandemic hit Ghana. As at today, more than seven hundred  Ghanaian have died from this global pandemic. A year ago, the government of Ghana placed a partial lock down in the country, hope you remember that? Thus, where schools, churches, mosques, marketplaces, pubs and other places as well was restricted for people tobgorget there.
In case you experience any of the below symptoms or illness; kindly go to the hospital immediately for a checkup. It could be the virus or otherwise not. The symptoms includes; fever, dry cough and tiredness, aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes.
The virus can be transmitted from person to person through coughing, handshake or even hugging.
The good news about the deadly corona virus pandemic in Ghana is that, according to the Ghana Health Service, Ghana's Covid-19 active cases has stood still in the past 24hrs. This should be a good sign that Ghanaians are following the safety protocols or precautions under which every country is. These protocols includes; avoidance of handshake and hugs, wearing face mask, Washing of hands regularly under running water and others among others.
