One of the biggest health issues facing the black woman is fibroid. This same fibroid is rarely talked about, yet it is causing havoc in the lives of women. From infertility to loss of womb and heavy or prolonged monthly bleeding.

Today, I will be writing about the effective home remedies that helps to curb heavy and prolonged bleeding due to fibroid. Even though these remedies has been a known fact, I can attest that it works like magic because someone I know tried it and it worked. So I want to share with you people so others can benefit.

A normal monthly period should last 4 to 7 days. Once a woman bleeds beyond that, it calls for concern. You either visit your doctor, especially if the bleeding is too heavy and accompanied by heavy blood cloth.

Here are some home remedies you can use. These are everyday natural food items and fruits, so it won't be a problem getting them:

Blend pineapple and carrot. Please do not sieve, drink it just like that. You can store in the fridge and take it at least 2 time a day. Preferably, morning and night. You can also eat them if you want.

Another one is orange, due to the citrus and vitamin C found in this fruit, it helps to reduce heavy bleeding. Also, tomatoe juice does wonders. For those who can eat it straight, it's fine, but if you can't, feel free to blend and drink.

Another awesome natural home remedy for heavy or prolonged period are apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. For Apple cider, put 2 spoons in a cup and dilute with a little water. It is advisable to drink with a straw in order to protect your teeth enamel. For the cinnamon, simply add in a cup and pour in hot water.

Take vitamin C tablets, lick two tablets thrice a day, it helps immensely. I hope this works for you like it did for the person who shared the remedies with me. Kindly share for awareness. Take care of your health.
