Bread is no doubt a good food that is eaten by most Ghanians in every part of the country.
A high intake of simple carbohydrates, such as premade white bread, can lead to weight gain and a higher risk for diabetes, heart disease, and other lifestyle-related chronic conditions.
Blood sugar spikes don’t just cause insulin resistance, they make you feel hungry a few minutes after eating.
When you eat bread, blood sugar levels rise and give you an energy boost. But soon the sugar drops, leaving you feeling low, which makes you crave something sweet to boost the energy again.
These people are the people I'm going to talk to today who suffer from these diseases. If someone affiliated with you has these two diseases, do not encourage anyone to eat bread.
Diabetes is an illness which is chronic. It occurs only when the human body uses huge amounts of sugar bigger than the sugar it requires. Bread contains huge quantities of sugar, so you don't want to eat bread, which can spike your blood sugar.
