Know How To Prepare Neem for Treatment And It Doses You Can Take

Neem (Azadirachta indica) is a member of the Meliaceae family and its role as a health-promoting effect is attributed to its rich source of antioxidants. It has been widely used in Chinese, Ayurvedic, and Unani medicines worldwide especially in Indian Subcontinent in the treatment and prevention of various diseases.

 

 Neem can be used to treat some diseases like leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.

  1. How To Prepare Neem Juice For Drinking.


Put neem leaves in a blender and add 1 cup of water to it. Process the ingredients until the mixture looks smooth. Strain the juice using a clean muslin cloth. You can also add a dash of honey and lemon juice to make your drink of neem juice more palatable (optional).


Doses that you can take after preparing your juice.


After you prepare your juice Take 2-3 teaspoons of Neem juice and dilute it with an equal quantity of water. Drink it before meals, once or twice a day for effective control of diabetes and for weight loss and other diseases like leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problem when you take them.


  1. How To Prepare Neem Tea or Water for drinking.


Boil about 20 neem leaves in half a litre of water till the leaves are soft and discoloured, and the water turns green. Strain and store in a bottle.

Take 2-3 teaspoons of Neem juice and dilute it with an equal quantity of water. Drink it before meals, once or twice a day.

Taking this everyday will help you boost your immune system and also helps your body to fight against infections and other diseases.


Note: Doses of up to 60 mg daily for up to 10 weeks have been safely used in humans. Neem is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth in large doses or for long periods of time. It might harm the kidneys and liver. So you have to know how to take them very wisely.


  1. Eating of Neem leaves (cooking)


Consuming neem leaves helps in reduction in inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Neem leaves also help in reducing ulcers and a wide range of other intestinal issues, such as constipation, bloating, and cramping if taken regularly.

Boil the water for The colour to change for 30 to 40 minutes and mix it with cold water for bathing.
