Lately, the Sputnik V Vaccine procurement scandal is hardly discussed in media houses. Today, Johnnie Hughes made a bold revelation to the Former Deputy Minister of Health and Former Member of Parliament for the Ledzokuku constituency, Dr.Okoe Boye. This revelation was seconded by the NDC Communicator present, Malik. Johnnie Hughes explained that he believed that the President must take this into account; applying the wisdom of the old and engaging the strength of the youth in leadership skills. By means of that, he admonished the President to appoint Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye as Minister of Health rather than entertaining old Kwaku Agyeman Manu. He explained that even with the education on COVID, Okoe Boye has done better than all the others in educating Ghanaians especially him, Johnnie Hughes. Johnnie claimed Okoe Boye gives him a better insight on COVID than the current health minister.
"You know I have much concern in COVID issues. The truth is that when you talk to me and the people of Ghanaians about COVID, it sinks down better than all the others. I am not saying this because you are here. I say this even not in your presence", Johnnie Hughes to Okoe Boye.
