So many magazines say that frying eggs is a classic. Whether you like fried eggs, sunny side up eggs, or scrambled eggs, it's wise to avoid fried eggs, why?
Additionally, eggs have 5 grams of fat (about 8 percent of the daily value), which is just 1.5 grams of saturated fat. Because eggs often like high-fat foods like cheese or fried bacon and sausages, they are considered a high-fat food.

A. High cholesterol
