Former Deputy Health Minister, Dr. Okoe-Boye, has forgiven the lady who made fallible claims about tests at the Kotoka International Airport a week ago.
In a Facebook post, Dr. Okoe-Boye noted that people had advised him to either sue the lady or seek for personal apology.
But he noted that “As a person who follows Christ and believes in the Omnipotence of God, I immediately let go of ALL my reservations about a fellow human being once he or she says sorry. Remember there is none righteous, no, not even one; for he who claims infallibility knows not the Lord”.
Ivy Ankra was reported on social media to have expressed displeasure in a 12-minute video that went viral alleging that tests conducted at the airport were fake and that there was discrimination at KIA where people with foreign passports were made to undergo mandatory isolation at a hotel when they tested positive in order to exploit them.
The lady, however, in a recent video apologised for her statements noting that she has been educated that it is possible to test positive 24 hours after testing negative.

I just saw the video of the lady whose outbursts about Ghana’s COVID-19 protocols went viral a few days ago, apologizing for what she did. Some have asked me to demand a personal apology, others suggest I sue her. As a person who follows Christ and believes in the Omnipotence of God, I immediately let go of ALL my reservations about a fellow human being once he or she says sorry.
