I mostly hear people saying I have ulcer so I can't eat this and that, I am only restricted to eating this foods and I get really surprised because that's my first time coming across such statement. So let's get a better understanding of what ulcer is, the types, symptoms and finally how to fix yourself up naturally with simple home remedies without spending a dime.

What is Ulcer?

A sore that develops on the lining of the oesophagus, stomach or small intestine.

Ulcers occur when stomach acid damages the lining of the digestive tract. Common causes include the bacteria H. Pylori and anti-inflammatory pain relievers including aspirin. So this means too much ingestion of pain relievers do have adverse effects on our bodies, so kindly be careful how often you abuse drugs because one way or the other you will be affected.

There are three types of peptic ulcers:

1.) Gastric Ulcers: Ulcers that develop inside the stomach.

2.) Esophageal Ulcers: Ulcers that develop inside the esophagus.

3.) Duodenal Ulcers: Ulcers that develop in the upper section of the small intestines, called the duodenum.

People may experience the following symptoms:

Pain Areas: Mostly in the chest or upper abdomen.

Pain types: Can be dull or really intense.

Gastrointestinal: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, passing excessive amounts of gas, or vomiting. Also common is abdominal discomfort or fatigue.

How to to fix you up with these common and normal commodities at home:

ingredients; Plantain, Voltic Bottle Water and Honey.

1. Plantain and 1.5 litres of Voltic Bottle Water.

2. Peel and put the plantain inside a neat bowl and pour the Voltic Bottle Water to the peeled plantain.

3. Cover the bowl and wait for a day, after that blend and add honey to it and drink it (morning and evening).
