Ingredients:Whole pineapple,banana,orange,a small sprinkling of porridge oats,75ml Semi-skimmed milk,100ml of coconut milk.
Directions are below:
1.Squeeze the juice of the orange into your blender jug.
2.Chop up your banana into pieces and add it to the blender.
3.Carefully peel the skin of the pineapple.
4.slice up half of the pineapple(keep the rest for another day)and add to the blender.
5.Steadily pour in the 75ml of the skimmed milk,and the 100ml of the coconut milk.
6.Firmly attach the jug to the blender.Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
7.Pour into a cup and add a sprinkle of porridge oats
8.Have your taste.
