Good day lovely reader. Welcome back. This is not meant to speak against or advertise anything of the sort but to update you.
Since the popping up of the Novel Coronavirus in December of 2019, a lot of measures have been put in place in order to limit its spread, reduce the number of infections and also help to save lives. All these have been done to help keep the indigenous people safe and also help strengthen them. It's has been more than a year since Ghana has its first case. And since then, we have done a lot of things as a country to protect most people from acquiring the disease.
The first options for treating COVID-19 included hospitalisation and making use of ventilators in severe cases. Since the emergence of the Vaccines, many people have resorted to taking the Vaccines. All currently authorized and recommended COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective and can reduce your risk of severe illness.
When the Vaccines first arrived, students, medical practitioners and some other people received it since they were not enough for the whole country. These are all good measures to help reduce the number of severe infections in the country. The Ghana Health Service began the mass vaccination of the citizens of Greater Accra region on Friday the 24th of September 2021.
The exercise which begins fully in all parts of the country today Monday September 27 is for all persons who are yet to receive their second dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine and persons who have not been vaccinated.
Thanks. Kindly follow me for more updates. Don't forget to comment, like and share.
