This Is Why You Must Eat These Fruits Regularly

1.Guava

Fats found in guava is very little. It's less than 1% and it is among the fruits that are very rich in vitamin c. Guava has powerful antioxidant effect within the human cell because it contains substances called Carotenoids.

This substance help treat Hypertension because it is very low in sodium and high in vegetable fibre. The leaves of guava is very good for blood cleansing. This is because guava leaves neutralizes toxic substances that are found in the blood.

Boil guava leaves and make a tea. It is very rich in soluble fibre called pectin which eliminate excess cholesterol through faeces.

2. Avocado

The avocado is very rich with high nutritional value and its dietary properties. Avocado contain no cholesterol and are considered rich in protein. It is very helpful in the treatment of Anemia because the iron found in them are well assimilated.

It is also helpful in maintaining an appropriate blood glucose level thereby treating diabetes.

Avocados also help in the treatment of stomach ulcer and other skin infection when its oil is applied directly to the skin.

3. Cashew Nuts

Cashew nuts are very rich in minerals and vitamins such as vitamin B1 and B2, potassium, iron and magnesium which are essential for nervous stability. Cashew nuts are also good for weakness and treats depression.

4. Coconut

Coconuts are anti bacteria in nature. The oil in coconut is good for treating chronic skin infections and hair treatment.

It also helps in eliminating cholera germs from human intestines and boost the immune system.

5. Cucumber

To fight constipation use cucumber because of its fiber content. Cucumber also helps in treating arthritis and diabetes. It also freshens the human skin and prevents pimples when it is applied regularly on the face.

6. Banana

Banana is very good for controlling stress because of its potassium content which helps to normalize the heart beat. Banana contains only 1% of protein but very rich in folate which prevents fetal nervous system malformation. It is therefore good for pregnancy. Banana relieves diarrhea in little children and adults. It also reduces the effects of ulcer by neutralizing too much excess acidity of gastric juices which are produced in the stomach

7. Apple

Apple is rich with pectin which aid in facilitating in the elimination of toxins from the body. It helps to alkalize the tissues and blood. When apple is chewed well or properly, the acidic content in it kills germs in the mouth. When apple is eaten regularly, it helps food digestion and lowers high blood pressure because of its low sodium contents.

8. Watermelon

Watermelon has fibre, water, protein vitamins A, B, C which is needed by the body to prevent infections. It helps in free flow of urine, treats constipation and can correct early stage of kidney diseases

9. PawPaw

Pawpaw is very rich in Vitamin C and it is 88% water which helps in the treatment of skin disorders, heartburn and ulcer. To treat skin disorder, make a pawpaw seed paste and apply to the affected area. Regular consumption of papaya can also correct intestinal disorders

For treatment of malaria, cook fresh pawpaw leaves, and guava.

Eating of the black seed of pawpaw plays a big role in the treatment of liver diseases.
