You may have heard that eating fruits (and vegetables) is good for you, but why?
To boost the health of one of your favorite body parts and ensure it stays at its prime.
1) Brazil Nuts
Brazil nuts are one of, if not, the best source of selenium. “Selenium is imperative for sperm production and mobility,” says Scritchfield, and a handful of these will supply more than the recommended daily dose recommendation. “The testes and seminal ducts hold nearly half the selenium in a man's body; but men also lose selenium in their semen.”
Unripe plantain cooked or roasted has been proven over the years to induce, sustain and maintain erection. It also helps to make semen thick and increases sperm volume.
Honey is rich in B vitamins, needed for testosterone production and its fructose content aids stamina and provides a slow and steady release of energy, so rolling over and falling asleep will not be an option.
Watermelon boosts libido and erections alike. The citrulline in them helps the body release amino acids and arginine.
Depending on age and level of physical activity, men should eat between 2 to 2 1/2 cups of fruit and 21/2 to 4 cups of vegetables every day. Eating more fruits and vegetables is a smart thing you can do for your health.
