9 Healthy Ways to Start Your Day

Whether you're a morning person or not, our routines set the tone for our entire day. If your morning is rushed and stressful, it sets a negative precedent for the whole day. On the other hand, if you spend extra time starting your day with intention, you'll be happier and more productive.

1. Make your bed
