Inadequate medical equipment in our hospital has been a major challenge facing the health sector in Ghana.
A Ghanaian media personality, writer, and award-winning actress, Lydia Forson, has said that a person can have all the money in this world and still not survive a medical emergency in Ghana because our hospitals are not well equipped for it.
Lydia Forson made this statement today, 6th July 2021, in a post she tweeted a few hours ago on Twitter when she lamented the inability of our hospitals to handle some medical emergencies.
According to her, although our health facilities are not well equipped, at least we will get a Cathedral where we can pray for help.
