Ghanaians Take Note: Latest Update on COVID-19 AstraZeneca Vaccine as Revealed By Dr. Kumah Frimpong

The pandemic disease (coronavirus) has become a problem for all countries in the world after the disease keeps spreading. Ghana was part of the countries which suffered the coronavirus pandemic.

After the government has tried all means to protect the life of the citizens from the Covid-19 pandemic. With the effort of the government, Ghana was the first country in Africa to received the AstraZeneca vaccine.

As it stands now over 700,000 Ghanaians have been injected with the AstraZeneca vaccine. Information from the health ministry stated after 6 weeks you have to take the second jab.

According to Dr Kumah Frimpong who was in an interview by Adom FM morning news indicated the second jab will soon be in. According to the government, we were to receive it this month but it has been proposed to next month.

Dr Frimpong stated, the government wants to be fully prepared to acquire more of the vaccine which can cover more than half of our population. He added all Ghanaians should take note, those who took the first jab, have to take it the second time. Since the vaccine works effectively for 6 weeks and after the weeks you have to take it again like taking wormless drugs.
