Body building simply refers to a series of training that improves the physical nature of a person. People who engages in body building are usually muscular in nature. I will share with you about an African who holds a Guinness record when it comes to body building.
There is a man from Burkina Faso called Iron Biby who holds the Guinness World record for the Most Overhead Presses of a person in 1 Minute. His real name is Cheick Sanou. He is a 3 time World Log Lift Champion (2018, 2019 & 2022). He won the 2014 WPC Junior Championships. He came 3rd at the 2021 Strongman Classic.
