Sometime you can be so stressed to the point where nothing seems to work for you, it's normal but what becomes an anomaly is when this habit becomes part of you and continues for a long period of time, now that can definitely cause a great health hazard to you.

You could live longer if you had less stress in your life. Stress itself can't kill you. But, over time, it can cause damage that leads to premature death. This damage can be anything from cardiovascular issues to encouraging unhealthy habits, like smoking and alcohol misuse. 

How do you know if you are stressed out?

There's this assumption that once you have this feeling of being extremely tired and not being able to virtually do anything then you're really stressed out, well it's not entirely true because you can be tired from engaging in physically demanding work but yet still you are not stressed out.
