4 Natural Remedies Than Can Help Get Rid Of Body Odour

It is normal for the body to produce some smell especially when the weather is hot, when one finishes a heavy workout or when one constantly eat foods such as garlic and onions. However, when the smell becomes awful even without the above-mentioned situations, it is not normal and we have good reasons to worry.

1. Vinegar

One of the major natural ingredients that can help you get rid of bad scent on the body is vinegar. Vinegar has the ability to fight the bacteria that bring about body odour. To attempt this, all you will have to do is to apply vinegar (either diluted apple cider or white vinegar) on areas of your body that sweat the most. Then leave it on for at least 15 minutes before you wash thoroughly. Do this twice daily, morning and evening.

2. Lemon



You most probably have heard about the power of lemon in helping to battle body odour. Just as apple cider or white vinegar, lemon works by shielding your body from the bacteria that bring about body odour. To Attempt this, slice a lemon and apply it directly to your armpits. Do this once every day until you see changes in the smell of your body.

3. Alcohol

Alcohol might seem to you as too simple and weird but is not. This substance is known to kill several bacteria and the bacteria that cause body odour is not an exception. Enjoy the benefits of rubbing alcohol in your armpits.

4. Baking soda

Baking soda keeps the body fresh and free from awful body odour. To attempt this, apply little baking soda and water to your underarms. (Do this twice every day)
