Every blood type has its own health complications. Knowing your blood type is very important in order to know the health complication or disease associated with it. These are few diseases or health complications associated with the various blood types.

1.Heart disease: People of type O have the lowest chance of heart failure of the eight major blood groups. People with blood types AB and B are the most vulnerable, perhaps due to higher concentrations of inflammation in these blood types. For people with blood types AB and B, a heart-healthy lifestyle is especially critical.

2.Cancer: People with blood types A or AB are more likely to develop stomach cancer, according to research. Additionally, whether you have the blood types A, B, or AB, you could be at a higher risk of pancreatic cancer. If you belong to this group, stock up on cancer-fighting foods to help lower the chance of getting cancer.

3.Stress: If you have type A blood, you may have a harder time dealing with stress. Type A people have higher levels of cortisol, a stress hormone, in their bodies.
