6 Healthy Foods To Eat In The Morning

When eating breakfast in the morning, remember to eat foods contain a lot of nutrients. Eating the right food in the morning will not only bring you satisfaction but also helps you kick-start metabolism processes for the day.


The type of food you eat in the morning has a direct effect on how your day will go. What I mean is that, if you eat anything food in the morning, you might end feeling discomfort and also get dull for the rest of the day. 


To eat healthily means eating a balanced diet which should consist of carbohydrates, protein, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Saturated fats, sugars and salts should be reduced as much as possible. So let your food be your medicine and vice versa. The following are some healthy foods you can eat for breakfast. 


1. Coffee

Many people drink coffee in the morning because it contains caffeine. Coffee has antioxidant properties which help fight inflammation.

3. Eggs

Most people especially travelers eat eggs in the morning to avoid hunger. One common myth about eating eggs is that, they are unhealthful because they contain cholesterol.


 However, research has shown that the dietary cholesterol from eggs has only a minor impact on bad cholesterol in the blood.

4. Bananas

Banana is rich in potassium. You can eat banana in the morning because they are a quick and convenient addition to a nutritious breakfast. 


5. Berries

Berries of all kinds, such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries can all be eaten in the morning. They are low in calories, high in fiber, and contain disease-fighting antioxidants.


6. Tea

Black, green, and white teas all contain antioxidants, but green tea is probably the most healthful. According to research, green tea may help burn fat and promote weight loss.
