Tilapia The Cartoonist is one of the illustrious, patriotic and talented citizens that the country currently has. His ability to express current national issues, which cannot be fully expressed which just talks, with cartoons and painting has helped him gain the pleasure of Ghanaians.
Today, he dropped a picture of a current national problem that most media platforms and Ghanaians have been talking about over the weekend. The cartoon spoke about how Ghanaians disregarded the COVID-19 protocol and went ahead to defy them. The mind boggling aspect of this is that, the defiance was right under the nose of the President, Vice President and lawmakers. This conflicted with the normal saying, Leadership by example.
The second aspect of the cartoon gave a broad but simple scenario of what the President does. Wearing an expensive suit, he goes around to beg for free vaccines when we could have easily prevented it.
