There are about seven billion people in this world and everyone is special in his or her own way. In this world we live in, there are so many things that we live with .

One thing that we must be aware of is the numerous diseases that surrounds us. In this article,we I'll talk about Gonorrhea.

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) that is caused by a bacteria know as Neisseria gonorrhea. It occurs both in males and females. According to research, it targets warm,moist areas of the body which includes; Urethra( The tube that drains urine from the bladder). Eyes, Vagina,Anus, Etc.

Gonorrhea is transmitted from one person to another Oral, Anal, or Vaginal sex without a condom or other barrier method. Research proves that the best protection against this infection is through abstainance and proper condom or barrier method.

Symptoms

A male with Gonorrhea may not develop noticeable symptoms for some weeks and this might make it difficult for you to notice it. Other men don't experience any symptoms at all.

Typically, symptoms of Gonorrhea can show a week after transmission. Usually,the first noticeable symptom of Gonorrhea in Men is often a burning or painful sensation during an excretion known as urination. Other symptoms may include

1. A greater frequency or urgency of urination.

2. A pus_like discharge (or drip) from the penis.( White, yellow, beige, or greenish).

3. Swelling or redness at the opening of the penis.

4. Swelling or pain in the testicles.

5. A persistent sore throat in some cases.

Gonorrhea is normally treated at the hospital with modern drugs and other centers have free treatments too.
